I make jewelry myself, not with Navajo Pearls. These hang wrong, they need another jump ring by the earring wire to hang facing the right way! I contacted the company, as I bought 2 pairs (1 for a gift), & now have to fix them both myself. I have to find silver jump rings. The company never acknowledged my messages! Poor customer service.
